Return & Exchange Policy 

Our Commitment:
We strive to deliver the finest fragrances. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return/exchange process.

Return Conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
• Perfumes that have been sprayed or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a broken or damaged bottle, please send us a photo/video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Refund Process:
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund via EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 working days. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged.
